The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solutions/ system scoping and identify all requirements till the management phase.
- Follow up on common sources of business and technical issues or questions and provide recommendations to other teams.
- Develop workflow charts and diagrams, and construct studies system capabilities; and writes specifications.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
- Identify and evaluates risks and predict potential problems in the system.
- Explore new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or any related field
- 5+ years’ of experience in Business Analyst. Preferable in governmental sector
- Solid understanding of Software development life cycle.
- Proficient in writing software process-related documents SRS, user manuals..etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize requirements and create conceptual wireframes.
