Software Lead

eTax is seeking an experienced Full Stack TL developer responsible for building web applications
using Laravel, React, Drupal, MSSQL, and MySQL DB. Your primary responsibility will be to
design and develop application layers of our products and coordinate with the rest of the team
working on different infrastructure layers. A commitment to collaborative problem-solving,
sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.
Responsibilities
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Assign and follow up tasks with team members (seniors and juniors)
• Participate in software architecture and create architecture document
• Work closely with business analysts to make sure that everything is clear and sufficient
and ready to start programming
• Work closely with the quality team to make sure all bugs are solved and the quality of
our products is up to standards.

Skills
• Bachelor of Computer Science or related degree
• 10 + years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of Laravel, React, Drupal
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Skill for writing reusable libraries
• Good Knowledge of various design and architectural patterns
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Restful web service
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (TFS, and GIT)
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
